High Quality Solar Cells
Each cell features:
- Silicon Nitride anti-reflective coatings
- State-of-the-art silver front contacts
- Sliver-aluminum back contact strips
- Full-coverage aluminum back contacts with back surface field
- Automated metal paste deposition
Thanks to commitments to investing in quality, World Solar Systems' customers have improved average cell efficiencies by 0.3% and has dramatically increased cell longevity.
Proven Quality
The manufacturers understand the importance of high-efficiency, long-life cells.
Each PV cell is manufactured to the highest level of quality standards. We believe that quality products are not the result of final inspection, but are created through tight process control.
Each PV cell is inspected and checked for current reversion, micro cracks, chipping, warping, and any uneven thickness.
Solar Panels can be grid connected or they can be set up as an off grid system. For a 'GRID' connected system please refer to Energy Buyers. For an 'OFF' grid system please call us on 07736 198274 for more information.
2-Busbar Configuration
The Solar Panels poly-crystalline modules feature 2-busbar cells. This configuration has the advantage of maximizing the cell’s light-absorbing surface area.
Weather-resistant Frame
Manufacturers frames are constructed of aluminum alloy for endurance in rugged weather conditions. In addition, our frames are given a double oxidation coating for additional protection against the elements.
EVA
Modules feature EVA from one of the world’s most widely recognized quality EVA producers. Not only do they select the best raw material, but also conduct regular testing to ensure that it meets our rigorous quality standards.
Durable Glass Surface
Glass surface has been proven to withstand falling steel marbles that weigh over 1 kg (2.2 lbs). It can also support over 300kg (660 lbs) of load per square metre (10.7 ft2).
100% In-House Cells
The Cells are manufactured by the manufacturer, who fully understand the products characteristics and can be confident about our module’s final performance.
